Melco FireStopping has been in business for nearly 30 years, working with some of the most established construction companies across the regions it serves. The focus has always stayed narrow and specific: fire stopping (fire-rated penetration sealing) for the pipes, conduit, cable runs, and joints that pass through fire-rated walls and floors, along with fire caulking and spray fireproofing.
Provide top-notch fire and water proofing services to the community, and bring facilities up to building standards and fire code compliance -- using UL tested systems, every time. An installation that looks finished but isn't actually code-ready isn't finished.
Melco works directly with architects and designers on commercial, industrial, and residential projects -- scoping the work early instead of being brought in to patch problems after the fact.
